Paper Plane’s mission is to bring thoughtfully imagined cocktails and food in a relaxed lively atmosphere. Our pursuit is simple in concept and technical in design. In creating the drinks for our program we draw inspiration from and pay homage to the old school and new school eras of cocktail culture. At Paper Plane we strive to preserve the craft of a well-made drink through thoughtful preparation and methodology. We take pride in putting forth an equal amount of effort and passion into hospitality. There are no strangers at this bar; just friends who haven’t met yet.

Since 2013, Paper Plane has welcomed guests to enjoy artfully crafted cocktails and tasty bites in our open and casual setting located within the heart of Downtown San Jose. Our Menu showcases the talent, creativity, and passion for cocktails and hospitality shared by the members of our team.

The bottle collection at paper plane, one of the largest in the bay area, is highly curated and comprises an extensive variety of liqueurs and spirits you may not have heard of or have yet to try.
